MEDLINE
MEDLINE (MEDical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System-on-LINE) is a database maintained by the National Library of Medicine containing references to approximately fifteen million citations from 3,900 biomedical journals and other materials.
Backfiles are available to the 1950's.
MEDLINE searches can be done by individuals themselves using PubMed, Ovid or EbscoHost.
MEDLINE search request forms are available from the Librarian, and she will do the search for you.
There is no charge for a search authorized by the College.
INTERLIBRARY LOANS
The Library provides interlibrary loan service for any materials requested which we do not own.
Complete citations are necessary in making the interlibrary loan request.
If the request is being made for research authorized by the College, the College will pay the charges.
Individuals affiliated with the College but who are requesting personal loans, and all individuals and organizations not affiliated with OCPM, will be charged.
