Enrollment & Graduation Services

Verification of enrollment or graduation can be requested from the Office of Student Records in person by completing a Service Request form in the Student Records department, in Student Services, on the 1st floor. A Verification Request Form can also be downloaded, and mailed or faxed to our office.

Requests are generally completed within two business of the receipt of the request form. There is no charge for this service.
