Student Records
The Office of Student Records and Academic Evaluation is responsible for maintaining and storing the records of current and past students, including OCPM transcripts and grade changes.The office also processes address and name changes as well as verifications of graduation, enrollment and OCPM residencies.In addition, the Office of Student Records and Academic Evaluation handles the exam grading for the college as well as maintains the grade rosters for each course.The office also administers and analyzes all of the college's internal surveys.
