The Business Office is located on the 3rd floor and includes the following offices:

Bursars Office (9:00AM to 1:00PM)

  • Endorse and/or pickup loan checks
  • Make payments
  • Pick up refunds
  • Apply for an Emergency Loan
  • Apply for an Advance Loan
  • Request parking
  • Cash personal checks
  • Change mailing address of statements
  • File late fee waiver application
  • Inquire about account activity
  • Inquire about monthly payment plans

Student Loan Office (9:00AM to 3:00PM)

  • Sign Perkins, Hpsl or Lds promissory notes
  • Pick up deferment paperwork
  • Exit interview for Seniors prior to graduation

Payroll Office (9:00AM to 3:00PM)

  • File completed College Work Study time-sheets
  • File mailing address for College Work Study checks
  • File changes on W-4 form.
